Who is responsible

TRAGIC Insights operates this service. Questions, corrections and removal requests all go to hello@tragicinsights.uk, and a person answers.

What we hold about you

• Your account: name, email address, and the sign-in history that keeps it safe.
• What your workspace does in the product — searches run, campaigns sent, credit spent — because the product cannot work without it.
• Billing status from Paystack. Card details go to Paystack directly; we never see or hold a card number.

What the product holds about businesses

Lead records — business names, addresses, sites and contact details — gathered from publicly available sources for business-to-business outreach. Every record describes a business.

A business that wants its details corrected or removed can write to hello@tragicinsights.uk. Anyone who opts out of a customer’s messages is never contacted again from that customer’s campaigns.

Who processes it for us

Vercel serves the product, Neon stores its data, and Paystack takes payment. Messages are delivered by the email and messaging services each campaign is connected to.

Text you put to the built-in assistant is processed by the AI provider your workspace chose.

We do not sell personal information to anyone, and there is no advertising tracking on this site.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. Close it — or ask us to — and your account details and workspaces are deleted, save what tax law requires us to keep about payments.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. We honour these requests wherever you are. Write to hello@tragicinsights.uk; we answer within two business days.

Sign-in state

The site sets what it needs to keep you signed in, and nothing else. There are no third-party trackers, and nothing here follows you to other sites.
