Cancellation policy

How to cancel

Open Settings, then Billing, and cancel there.

It takes one click and we do not ask you to speak to anyone first.

If you would rather we did it, write to hello@tragicinsights.uk from the address on the account.

When it takes effect

Cancelling stops the next charge.

Your plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid for.

You keep full access for the whole of that time.

Nothing is charged after that unless you start a plan again.

What happens to your work

Your leads, campaigns and replies stay in the workspace.

Campaigns stop sending when the paid month ends.

You can export your leads at any point before or after cancelling.

Ask us to delete the workspace and we will, within two business days.

Search credit you have already bought

Unspent credit does not expire when you cancel.

It is still there if you start a plan again later.

You can also ask for it back. The refund policy covers that.

If we end an account

We may close an account that breaks the acceptable use rules in our terms.

Sending to people who have opted out is the clearest example.

We tell you why, in writing, and refund any unspent credit.

Where this sits

Our terms of service are the contract between us.

This page restates the cancellation rules in those terms.

If the two ever differ, the terms govern.

Nothing here limits your rights under South African law.
